Parking is limited on Harbour Drive during cruise ship visits to accommodate tour bus operators and other passenger transportation. Alternate parking options include parking garages at 351 Water Street, 330 Duckworth Street (Metro Park), and 215 Water Street (Atlantic Place).

...Water Street will be closed to traffic between Beck’s Cove and Bishops Cove from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. on Sunday, September 16 for BikeFest.
...To facilitate the installation of escalators in the new parking garage, O'Leary Avenue from Thorburn Road to the Avalon Mall entrance, will be closed from 7 a.m. to noon on Saturday, Sept. 15.
