Road Construction - July 23 to 27
Contractors may be working on the following arterial and collector streets from July 23rd to 27th under the City’s annual streets rehabilitation and infrastructure maintenance programs. Work could include concrete/street excavation, concrete work, paving, heater scarifying, utility adjustment, ditch cleaning and culvert installation. Commuters may experience traffic delays in these areas:
Blackmarsh Road (Cashin Ave. to Campbell Ave.)
Columbus Dive (Mundy Pond Rd. to Blackmarsh Rd.)
Cornwall Avenue (Craigmillar Ave. to Hamilton Ave.)
East White Hills Road (Harding Rd. to Landfill Entrance)
Golf Avenue
Kelsey Drive (Swiss Chalet Entrance to Rear Walmart Entrance)
Lemarchant Road (Hamilton Ave. to Bennett Ave.)
Long's Hill
Merrymeeting Road (Mayor Ave. to Linscott St.)
Mundy Pond Road (St. Theresa's Church to Blackler Ave.)
Pennywell Road (Cashin Ave. to Ropewalk Ln.)
Signal Hill Road (Quidi Vidi Rd. to Cabot Ave.)
Thorburn Road (Outer Ring Rd. to Evelyn Pl.)
Commuters may also experience traffic delays and should be wary of milled asphalt areas due to grind and patch operations on the following streets:
